Bobbi Stoll, MFT, CTS, CT, ATR-BC, HLM has been in private practice in Los Angeles, California for 35 years as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Certified Art Therapist and Certified Trauma Specialist specializing in treatment of Acute and Post-Traumatic Stress. She responds to critical incidents that traumatize workers in business and industry and is a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health response to natural disasters. She adapts art-making to all aspects of clinical practice, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, school and disaster response.
More than 21 countries have invited her as keynote speaker, professional trainer and consultant on various aspects of the art therapy profession - clinical applications, developing a graduate art therapy program, establishing a professional association with a Code of Ethics and professional identity, developing criteria for certification and government acknowledgement and creating a demand for art therapy jobs.
A past-president of the American Art Therapy Association, she was awarded their highest honor in 1999 as Honorary Life Member. She founded the International Networking Group of Art Therapists in 1989 and negotiated a merger of the 20 year old group with the American Art Therapy Association in November 2009.
She hopes for a strong international art therapy presence and universal professional identity.

Mezinárodní konference expresivních terapií „Space for Art Therapies“ se bude konat od 18. 6. do 19. 6. 2010 v Praze.
Tato významná a ojedinělá konference je připravována ve spolupráci České arteterapeutické asociace, Asociace dramaterapeutů České republiky, České muzikoterapeutické asociace a České asociace taneční a pohybové terapie.
Chystaná dvoudenní konference bude obsahovat mnoho praktických workshopů z oblasti arteterapie, dramaterapie, muzikoterapie a taneční pohybové terapie. Nebudou chybět ani významní zahraniční hosté a lektoři.
