Rosemarie Samaritter is a registered senior dance movement therapist, psychomotor therapist and supervisor.
Her current work is rooted in her studies in Dalcroze Rhythmics (Wuppertal, D) and Modern Dance (Amsterdam, NL), Dance movement therapy, Integrative Movement Therapy (Amsterdam, NL) and Short Term Experiential Dynamic Therapy (London, UK).
Since 1987 she has been working in outpatient settings in Dutch National Health Service institutions, where she specialized in dance therapeutic interventions in disorders with a disturbed sense of self (e.g. attachment trauma, autism) and designed the developmentally informed approach of dance movement psychotherapy “shared movement”.
Rosemarie has been closely involved in the development of the first professional dance movement therapy education programmes in NL and in the representation of dance movement therapy in the national association of creative art therapists. She is still involved in the development of guidelines for Dutch Mental Health Care Services.
She has been teaching in training programmes in The Netherlands, Finland and Germany. Currently she is a PhD candidate for the University of Hertfordshire (UK), working on interlaces of dance therapy and neuroscience in autism spectrum disorders.

Mezinárodní konference expresivních terapií „Space for Art Therapies“ se bude konat od 18. 6. do 19. 6. 2010 v Praze.
Tato významná a ojedinělá konference je připravována ve spolupráci České arteterapeutické asociace, Asociace dramaterapeutů České republiky, České muzikoterapeutické asociace a České asociace taneční a pohybové terapie.
Chystaná dvoudenní konference bude obsahovat mnoho praktických workshopů z oblasti arteterapie, dramaterapie, muzikoterapie a taneční pohybové terapie. Nebudou chybět ani významní zahraniční hosté a lektoři.
